Joie Gowan has been a full-time Seattle real estate broker since 1988. As Managing Broker and Executive Premier Director at Windermere Real Estate, she works with clients at every level, from first-time buyers to luxury homes and condos across Seattle and the Eastside.
A Seattle native, Joie is known for being hands-on: clients get her full attention from the first conversation through closing, along with honest guidance, strong negotiation, and a calm, data-informed approach. Much of her business comes from referrals, which she considers the best compliment.
Joie served on the board of the Windermere Foundation for more than 15 years, helping support low-income and homeless families in the communities the team serves. That seat is now held by her daughter Lizzy. Joie is proud to work alongside Lizzy and, now, Molly.

Lizzy Gowan is a Seattle native and second-generation broker with Windermere Real Estate. She grew up around the business and began her career in title and escrow. After ten years as her mother Joie's licensed assistant, she became a full-time broker and a partner in Gowan & Gowan.
That background gives Lizzy a clear view of what happens behind the scenes in a transaction, and she uses it to keep clients informed and steady from offer to closing. Known for her eye for detail and approachable style, she stays calm when things get busy and finds creative solutions when things get complicated.
Lizzy carries on the family's commitment to the community as a member of the Windermere Foundation board, a seat her mother held for more than 15 years. The Foundation supports low-income and homeless families in the neighborhoods where the team lives and works.
Molly Martinez

Molly Martinez joins Gowan & Gowan as a licensed assistant with Windermere Real Estate. A friend of the Gowan family since childhood, she shares the team's values and its hands-on care for clients. With more than ten years of brand marketing and storytelling experience, she helps sellers present their homes at their best and buyers move forward with confidence.
