Gowan & Gowan is a Seattle real estate team with Windermere Real Estate Co., led by Joie Gowan, a full-time broker since 1988, and her daughter Lizzy, with Molly Martinez, who has been like family to the Gowans since childhood. Together we help buyers and sellers across Seattle and the Eastside, from first homes to luxury properties and condos.

Our approach is simple: you work with us, never a hand-off. Clients get hands-on guidance, honest advice, and data-informed negotiation from the first conversation through closing, and most of our business comes from referrals.

Joie, Lizzy, and Molly are Seattle natives, and we all believe real estate is a relationship business. Together we bring decades of experience, fresh energy, and a commitment to our community through the Windermere Foundation, where Lizzy now serves on the board in the seat her mother held for more than 15 years.
